Invlog Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Invlog, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Invlog. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
• You may not impersonate others or create accounts for someone else without permission.
• One person, one account. Multiple accounts may be removed.

4. Content You Post

You retain ownership of content you post on Invlog. By posting, you grant Invlog a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content within the service.

You agree not to post:

• Content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, or harassing
• Spam, advertisements, or misleading content
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Sexually explicit or violent content
• Content that promotes hate or discrimination
• Private information of others without consent

5. Content Moderation

We may remove content that violates these terms. Users can report content using the in-app report feature. We review reports and may take action including content removal, account warnings, or account termination.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Use the service for commercial solicitation without permission
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Use automated means to access the service (bots, scrapers)
• Interfere with the operation of the service

7. Restaurants and Reviews

Check-ins and ratings reflect personal opinions. Invlog does not guarantee the accuracy of restaurant information, ratings, or reviews. Restaurant data is sourced from third-party services and user contributions.

8. Intellectual Property

The Invlog name, logo, and app design are owned by Invlog. You may not use our branding without written permission.

9. Account Termination

• You may delete your account at any time through Settings > Delete Account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Upon deletion, your content will be removed from the service.

10. Disclaimers

Invlog is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Invlog shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
